Fired in a carbon-neutral wood burning kiln, this is a salt fired porcelain yunomi, hand-etched with images of house wrens and decorative elements. These pieces are conceived and made with the very highest standards of materials and craftsmanship, with the intention of speaking for millenia. I make these by hand to reflect my experiences living on this earth, then fire them responsibly in a kiln which also imparts chance, chaos, and natural variation to the surface. Each is completely unique.
